There is no charge for membership, however, each member would have to be a leader in his field and demonstrate commitment and model for his community. 

Corporate membership would be based on meeting criteria for new members, such as annual revenue, employment size and industrial leadership and social responsibility etc. Membership is by invitation only. Each new member would have to be sponsored by two other members. Initial Charter Members would be selected and screened by USCN officers.
