GOVERNING STRUCTURE

Executive Committee
USCN is governed by an elected Board of Directors, which includes the Executive Committee comprised of the Chairman of the Board, Vice-Chairman, President, Treasurer and Secretary, followed by US and China Committees, that is responsible for the oversight management of USCN in the U.S. and China respectively.

U.S. Committee & China Committee
U.S. committee or China Committee is responsible for the oversight management of USCN activities in the U.S. and China respectively. The policy-making councils are elected directly by members of each country.

Advisory Board
USCN also has a Board of Trustees/ Corporate Advisory Board, who are executives of the prestigious corporates and political figures from China and the U. S. serving in an advisory capacity to the governing Board of Directors.

Sub-committees
Sub-committees with industrial focus are set up to help business with specific needs. USCN members are encouraged to join us in volunteering on one of our sub-committees. Please feel free to call us 847-330-4476 and we will direct your interest to the appropriate sub-committee chairperson. The benefits of serving on one of our sub-committees are: helping to make a difference for all US China businesses, leadership and speaking skills development, networking, and using your creativity and skills to help lead the way in creating new business opportunities for all members.

Members
Members are the main body of USCN. They represent a diverse cross-section of businesses and industries such as attorney, architectural and real estate developers, banks, educational institutions, entertainment, financial service providers, food & beverage companies, healthcare providers, industrial, investment firms, hi-tech development, importers / exporters, international distributors, retailers, manufacturers, media, non-profit organizations, other Chambers of Commerce, governmental agencies and so on.
