Zhengzhou Sias College, formerly known as Sias International College of Zhengzhou University, was founded in 1998. Zhengzhou University Sias International College is a Sino foreign cooperative educational institution invested by Sias Group in the United States, in cooperation with Zhengzhou University and Fort Hays State University (FHSU) in Kansas. It is the first full-time undergraduate institution in Henan Province approved by the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council to implement overseas bachelor's degree education cooperation projects, It is also one of the first universities to pass the evaluation of Sino foreign cooperative education by the Ministry of Education of China. In 2018, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, it was transformed into an independent private undergraduate university with the school code of 4141014654.
The school is located in Xinzheng City, Zhengzhou, Henan, the hometown of the founder of Chinese humanities, the Yellow Emperor. It covers an area of over 2400 acres and has built over 900000 square meters of teaching facilities with various styles.
