US China Business Association was established at the initiatives of prominent American business executives. It is a non-profit organization registered in the United States of America.

Its members come from various industries in the United States and China. USCN has established working relationship with governmental agencies such as the Ministry of Commerce, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in China and their counterparts in the USA, the US Congress and Senate, and Chinese People’s Congress, major business organizations such as the US Chamber of Commerce, National Manufactures Associations and so on.
